Can't uninstall Norton Ghost with DOS commands that Norton give

Any ideas? Unistall won't allow, can't delete some files manually, can't
load new ghost until old removed.
 
Reboot in Safe Mode and try deleting the files logged in as Administrator.
I would try to use the Uninstall first though.
