Can't uninstall Intellipoint software

I'm having troubles with my Intellipoint software and want
to reinstall it. However, to do so, I have to uninstall it
first. However, when I access Control Panel, Add/Remove
Programs, and click on the Intellipoint software, I don't
have a Remove button.

a trick for this sort of problem is to install it over the top of what
this there to re-register things to the system. Test if fixes problem,
if not then do an un-install to wipe it out. The re-install fresh again.
