Can't type in Korean using Global IME 2002 with Internet Explorer

I'm a bit baffled with this...been using the Global IME 2002 to input Korean
text into emails and webpages without any problems. It works perfectly with
all of my Office Xp applications. I tried uninstalling IE and
double/tripple checked my language settings. Even tried re-installing the
IME and nothing! The ONLY problem I have is inputing Korean text into
websites. It works everywhere else but any webpages. To make it even more
frustrating is that I downloaded Netscape and the IME works fine there but
don't want to switch since most websites I visit are optimized for IE. Kind
of frustrated now - thinking about reburning the image on the hard drive and
reinstalling a fresh version of Windows. Any advice will be greatly
appreciated!

Thanks.
