Can't turn off my Out of Office Assistant...

I followed the trouble shooting steps, by swithing to off line, and then try
to turn off Out of Office Assistant, but then get the Error that I must be
online and connected to the Exchange Server, so I put it back the way it was,
and still can't turn it off. I've rebooted several days. Its been 5 days now.
 
Can you turn it off through OWA? Do you get an error message when you try?
