Outlook Out Of Office Assistant will not turn off

One of my users has a problem turning off Out of Office Assistant. It is on;
she believes she turned it off yesterday and she receives an error when she
clicks on it now. How do I make it turn off? I've tried the troubleshooting
information on the online help. Any other suggestions?

Version of Outlook? Error message?
