Can't sync "Contacts" from ATT Tilt

Hello!

Using ActiveSync and Outlook 2007. I am able to sync all information from
my phone to my computer except for my "Contacts". I have checked to make
sure that "Contacts" are set to be synched on both the computer and the
phone. I have also checked to make sure that when there are conflicts that
the phone overwrites the PC (There are no conflicts; the contact list on my
PC is blank). Any ideas?
