Sync personal agenda with shared agenda

Dear all,

I combine two jobs, ICT-support and webmaster. In the organisation I have a
personal e-mailaddress (e-mail address removed), which I use for
general e-mail and contact with colleagues and I have a different
e-mailaddress for webmaster related e-mails (e-mail address removed). For
helpdesk needs we have a separate ticket system.

Now, with the view to synchronisation with my mobile phones, I would like to
sync the agendas (and contacts) of my personal mailaccount and the webmaster
one. Is there a way to do that? I have been searching, googling and trying
myself, but I can't find a solution.

In detail, I have a work mobile and a personal mobile. The work mobile syncs
with the personal e-mail, the personal one with the webmaster e-mail. I also
sync my agenda and contacts. For e-mail, there's no problem, those are
separate anyway. For my personal one, the agenda and contacts aren't a
problem either, activesync does what it has to do. But the webmaster agenda
and contacts are empty now, so obviously activesync can't find any data to
sync. You can't use activesync to sync with two different accounts. So I
would like to sync my two accounts via outlook, so the agenda and contacts of
my personal box, are always the same as the agenda and contacts of my
webmaster box.

Any ideas?

Since you are one and the same person, why not also use a single mailbox and
set up aliases for that single mailbox and store all you contacts and
calendar items in there? You can then use categories to make a separation if
you want.

You can also add both mailboxes to a single mail profile and only use your
personal calendar and contacts list.

There are also 3rd party utilities to sync 2 folders from separate mailboxes
and/or Public Folders with each other within the same mail profile such as;

CopyFolder from OutlookStuff

and

CodeTwo Folder Sync

Why not in one is quite easy, the mailbox is not only used by me, but also by
the sysadmin who manages the servers and by someone from the communications
department.

Furthermore, we're working in a citrix environment, so I can't install any
add-ons :)

In that case you'll have to create a separate mail profile with the other
mailbox as the main mailbox. You can then start Outlook with that other
mailbox as the main mailbox and use ActiveSync with your other phone to sync
it.
