Hi there,

Every user has an account to log on to, there able to run outlook 2003, they
have there own agenda, etc. ...

Now the question:
My users want to have one shared agenda... where they can put items all
together
I mean not sharing and adding there own agenda's, if you know what i mean
The users are members of the same distribution group.

I'm new with Exchange... but willing to learn.
Please can anyone help me

You can do this with Public Folders. Create new folders as an admin in the
Public Folder tree and then set appropriate permissions so your users can
maintain that folder on their own.
