Can't switch user on XP

I have 3 user accounts set up on my machine. When I do a
Switch User, it'll go the Welcome Screen. But when I
click on another user to log on, it will not login. The
screen will just flicker a bit and come back to the
Welcome Screen again.

I can only log back into the original user. If I Log Off,
then I'll be able to login to another user.

Any ideas?

Peter:

Try enabling FAST USER SWITCHING in you user and group settings. I had a
similar experience and this resolved it successfully.
