| My XP computer stopped letting me surf the web using my Internet Explorer. It acts as it is going to open
(attempt 1, attempt 2, etc) but it never does. It is connected to the web, but it won't open up my email or
surf the web. After a week or so of not getting out, I clicked on the Help and Support to see if it would let
me get online assistance. After clicking on this choice and that choice I saw the Web Address bar come up at
the top and I knew I could get out.....now each time I get out that's how I do it.....a long process. Von
