One possible cause is incorrect proxy settings. That said, there are other
causes which are unknown--i.e. I don't have any handle on them and have
machines which show the problem and which I can't fix!
So--if you are behind a proxy, check that it is correctly (if possible!)
defined in the Internet Explorer proxy settings. Also check those settings
to be sure nothing is entered there if you are NOT behind a proxy. And if
all that is correct, put it down to a bug.
Reports are still being transmitted--I tested this last night, but at the
moment, it is no longer possible to see the formatted results of such a
submission, as it was earlier in the beta.
