I, too, keep getting an error message pop up that I cannot get rid
Well, uhhh, when the printer is turned off and the software tries to
connect to it and can't, well, uhhhh, that's sort of a "connect FAIL",
is it not? Then when you turned the printer ON, it finally made its
connection.
To get rid of the error, try ... START THE PRINTER!?!?!?!

of. It is "PrintServer connect fail". I run XP, and got this
message when I had not started my remote printer. Afterwards, I
started the printer, printed many messages, but continur to get this
pop-up.
Any thoughts?
