Can't set up my email

I contacted my internet provider and she gave me the following info: is
(e-mail address removed) POP3
and outgoing is (e-mail address removed) it keeps coming up with an error. What am
i doing wrong?

Replace the "@" with a dot (.).

outgoing is smtp.comcast.net NOT (e-mail address removed)
Have a look at the link below. It says Outlook Express. It's ok, works with
Windows mail too.

Check the rest of the settings against what you did.
