Can't set up multiple e-mail accounts. Trouble with name/password

having trouble setting up more than one e-mail account on the computer. pop3
server isn't being accepted. also want different accounts to have different
names and passwords, but they aren't being accepted.
 
What version of Outlook are you using? When you say the server name isn't
being accepted, what's actually happening or being displayed?
