I can't find the share tab when I right click on
directory to set up the directory to be shared, that
little hand that appears under the directory is what I
want to end up with. I have windows 2000, and
accidentally uninstalled the file and print share client
and I lost all my shared directories, now I can't
remember how to reset directories so others can access on
the network

Hi Greg,

First you need to add back "File and print sharing for Microsoft Networks".
To do so click Start -> Settings -> Network and Dial-Up Connections -> open
e.g. Local Area Connection Properties -> click on Install -> Service ->
select File and print sharing for Microsoft Networks and click OK. Close all
the windows and reboot your computer.

I hope this helps,

Mike
