Can't set Outlook2003 as default calendar and contacts application

T

Tom

I run WinXP pro. I have office apps from Office 2000 and Office XP
installed; and Outlook2003.

When I'm on the "internet options - programs" screen in IE6, I have these
settings:

HTML editor: Front Page
E-Mail: MS Office Outlook
Outlook Express
Internet call: NetMeeting
Calendar: -blank- and nothing in the drop-down list
Contact List: - blank - sometimes the drop-down list is empty, other times
it includes just "address book"

How can I set Outlook as the default program for Calendar and Contacts?

Thanks

Tom

p.s. Under OL2003 Tools | Options | Others, there is a check mark in the
box that says to make OL the default program for mail, contacts and
calendar.

And that one is selected? Try a repair of Office by using File-> Detect and
Repair
