Syncing contacts/calendar to mobile devices

Hi All

If I go to Control Panel\Internet Options\Programs (TAB) my E-mail is set to
MS Outlook, my calendar has no option in the drop down selection and I can
only select "Address Book" in the Contact List.
When I try sync my mobile device it is syncing to the "Address Book" and not
my MS Outlook "Contacts" or "Calendar".

How do I correct this so that I can select the appropriate programs in the
Internet properties window?

What version of Outlook are we talking about here? Use Help-> About to view
the full build number.
