can't send to one particular contact

There is an email address that I cannot send to form outlook 2003 on my home
computer. I receive from the address, but even by hitting reply the email
does not send. It lands back in my inbox immediately with a "user unkown"
error message.

Any ideas?

What is the NDR in full? Have you verified the email address? Does sending a
new message instead of a reply to that address work?
