Outlook not allowing me to send/receive

All emails that are sent to me receive an immediate Error message back to the
sender stating: "550 Mailbox quota exceeded"

I have plenty of room on my Outlook Inbox, I have deleted almost all of my
archive. I am not able to receive or send any emails. Any suggestions?

The notification is not about what you are storing in Outlook but what you
are storing on the mail server.
Log on to your web based mailbox provided by your ISP and remove the items
there.
