Cant' Send/Receive in Outlook 2003

All of a sudden I'm having problems sending/receiving in Outlook 2003. I
have Roadrunner, and they don't support Outlook 2003. However, we did check
to see if my settings were correct, and they were. I really don't want to
spend $35 just to hear Microsoft tell me there's no problem!! Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Chris: I received Outlook 2003 last week on a new Dell
Computer. I paid an upgrade to get Outlook, so I could
easily communicate with work. I too am unable to send or
receive. Dell can't help me, Eathlink can't help me, and
Bell South can't. So, Bell South gave me a number to
call, at Microsoft. Sounds like we're both getting the
same run around! You buy new software, and Microsoft
can't help you for free! Very frustrating!!! --Mike W.
