Can't send or receive mail

Hi,

With no warning I am not able to send or receiving email. I checked all the
setup options and connections. Everytime I click the 'send and received'
button the dialog box comes up and after time I received this error message
'A timeout occured while comunicating with the server, (Account: 'Home, POP3
Server; 'mail.comcast.net', Error Number 0x800ccc19.) "Home" being the name
of my PC. I contacted Comcast who directed my to Outlook2000. Only my email
is effected when using Outlook2000. Any suggestions or solutions.

Disable e-mail scanning in your anti-virus software.
