Can't send ooutgoing

1. The users outlook express works but after the
installation of Office 2003 she can not send outgoing? I
thought she may have typed in the settings wrong in
outlook 2003 so I am having here double check that.

What is the proper way to uninstall Office. I had her
unistall it through the add or "remove programs" app in
the controll panel and when she re-intalls it the old
settings are already there for her mail accounts.

If I go into the documents settings area for the user and delete the outlook
folder after uninstall, will that do it?

What error message are you getting? If you disable your Anti Virus outgoing email scan does the email go out?

I'll check with her in the next couple of days and see if that was it.
