Asking about Outlook Express issues in this .NET programming group is
unlikely to
get you a lot of help.

Try posting in an applicable group like this...

As you appear to be using a web interface:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
find the Outlook Express category . Open it and find a group for your
question.

BTW, have you confirmed with your ISP that your configuration settings are
correct to work with their mail server?
