I am using outlook 2003 and can send emails without attachments. When I
put an attachment or imbed a picture, the email is not sent. It gives no
error and moves it to the sent box.

I have check all settings I can think of with another machine using same
outlook 2003 on same network, etc.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Don

If you are running a virus scanner or other security suite that integrates
with Outlook disable this integration and try again.

Thanks for answer, it turns out to not be a problem with Outlook, but
with our ISP. They started a new spam scrubber that checked our
outgoing mail which used their smtp service and decided that email from
a particular user with any type of attachment was spam and dropped the
message altogether without letting anyone know.

Same message sent by user 2 to user 1 would go through, but when user 1
decided to forward the message back to user 2, the scrubber decided it
was spam.

Go figure!!!

Thanks again for responding.

You're welcome! :-) Good to hear you found out what it was.
