can't send email

Without changing any of my settings, which worked fine before, i have been
unable to send emails from Outlook 2003 for some time. The error message i
get is:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test 30/8.3
Sent: 30/08/2006 14:50

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(e-mail address removed) on 30/08/2006 14:47
A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to
bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients.
Contact your administrator.
