cant reply or forward emails

I can send and recieve emails, but if I try to reply or forward I get the
following message

Heading - System administratoer - Undeliverable

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
Sent:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

email address I sent to on 08/03/2006 16:06
550 Administrative prohibition - relaying not allowed

Make sure you are properly authenticating to your outgoing server.
