Check your mail settings.. it is easy to mistype them when setting up..

Hi mike,
sorry not computer competent to do most things fairly new at this sort of
thing! It all started when the new version of messenger arrived. I am
running win xp, pent 4, ADSL, on a new sony pcv-v1/g.........I can recieve
mail? I have tryed lots of things i think i have it all set up wrong? it used
to put a tool bar accross the messege send box.ie. for font and emoco's. It
dosn't do that now? I can remember once turnig the rich text editor on! and
it work ok, but it is now off and dos'nt let me turn it on? If any of that
makes sence!
I tryed to go to settings like you suggested but still no joy, that is if i
done it right?
It is very frustrating because e-mail is the only real way i can contact my
son who is overseas! it say's in the bottom left corner when the pages try to
load for send and compose Error on page? Hope all that info helped, look
forward to your suggestion......

Many thanks

Mark

Greetings,

Have you cleared your Internet Explorer cache recently? If not, click the Tools menu, then
Internet Options, then Delete Files and then try again.
