This the message that keeps poping up:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Night Auditor- Full Time
(Charleston Harbor Resort ', Account: 'pop-server.sc.rr.com', Server:
'smtp-server.sc.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

What should I do to fix this?

Thank you!

Is Time Warner Roadrunner your home ISP? Was your Internet connection
obtained from them when you got that error message, or were you on a
laptop away from home?

Also, which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully
compatible with Windows Mail.

I moved recently and the place where I moved to uses Knology as their
internet service. Is that what is wrong with it? I use Mcafee and when I was
at home it never had a problem. Just recently its been doing this.

Try, setting smtp.knology.net as your outgoing server at
tools>accounts>select your account>properties>server tab>apply/ok

Please post any new error message if this fails, ensure that no previously
failed mail is sat in your Outbox when you test.
