Cant send attachments in outlook 2002

Im trying to send attachments in outlook 2002 and it appears to go out
but no one is receiving them and when I check my outbox nothing is
there. Help!!!

Are you sending in Rich Text format? Only other Outlook users will see your
attachments if you do.
