Can't Select Outlook as the Internet program for Calendar or Conta

Have Installed Office 2003 on top of Windows XP Professional. All works ok
with out problems except I cannot select Outlook as the Internet Program to
handle Calendars or Contacts. Outlook is set up as the default app for mail,
calendars and contacts. The Drop down Window in Internet Programs for the
above two options is blank. Any Ideas??
