Here is the question I run windows XP and the problem is I can't seem to
download files The box comes up open, save, cancel I hit open and it
disappears and wont open at all. So therefore I can't get the file that I
need to download. I called my internet provider and he tells me its with
Microsoft I dont know what to do.
