Can't see workgroup computer

Hi. I have a weird issue. I have a small [4] pc's on a network. From 'view
workgroup computers', I see 3 of the pc's but never the 4th. I can ping to
it and ping from it using the IP address or the computer name. It just isn't
visible using net view or from my network places. I looked at the server
service in computer admin, it is not started and fails to start saying it
can't find the specified module !!! does anyone have any ideas please ....
help !!!

Tony,

Please look at Event Viewer and see exactly what module it can't find. Paste
the event details here even.
