Can't see Suggested Times pane

When trying to schedule a meeting the Suggested Times pane that should be on
the right of my screen isn't showing. Do I need to turn in on somehow?

We use Exchange 2003 Enterprise. Any idea where I should look to next to
resolve this?

Are you using Exchange, not pop3 access, to the server? Which version of
Exchange? Are you publishing free/busy? It should be there by default if
Outlook detects Exchange.

It looks like its tied into the Availability service so it only works with
Exchange 2007.

Thank you for your help. I'm sorry to hear that I don't have access to it
because it's a very helpful feature.

It is really nice - much better than the autopicker (which does work in
older versions). I'm surprised what little there is in help about it
doesn't specify Ex2007 only.
