New "Show Time As" Status - Working Remotely

Cyndyth

It is increasingly common to have employees working remotely on an
inconsistent basis. Scheduling in-person meetings versus calls is sometimes
difficult to gauge, and considering conference room availability, frustrating
at times.

The addition of a "Remote" status for the calendar would ideally not block
out scheduling as "Out of Office" or "Busy" would, but would indicate a
person's inability to meet in person during certain times/days.

I would love the addition of this to Outlook 2007!

With Outlook 2010 due to launch soon, it's unlikely new features will be added
to Outlook 2007. Perhaps the new Outlook Social Connector will help with this
situation.
