cant see old e-mails since service pack 1

since downloading service pack 1 that includes a re-vamped outlook express,
old opened e-mails can no londger be viewed. Also cannot receive confirmation
from the likes of Paypal that payments have been made

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. 2) Try REGSVR32 INETCOMM.DLL in a
command line window.
