Cant see network printers in MS Access 2K2

We have a few users who cannot see our network printers in
MS Access 2002. Once you hit the print button, it prints
to the default printer (even if it's one of the network
printers you cant see). If you go into the printers menu
again, directly after that, they are available again. Any
suggestions would help!
