Can't see my desktop!!!!

I was scaning my entire system with Ad-Aware Personal when my computer
froze.So i had to shut it down and when i shutted it back on ...while windows
is loading a message appears : " Explorer.EXE - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point SHCreateThreadRef could not be located in the
dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll. "

what does that mean...i don't know!!! And now i can't see my desktop...i
mean i still can see my backround image but i can't see the icons or the
start button....nothing!! So if someone could help me with this....i'd
appreciate it very much! Thank You!
