Cant see jpg files inserted in a word doc.

Hi,

I received a word 2000 document which has 2 jpg files
inserted in it. But i cannot view those files in the
document. Instead of showing the files i get an msg that
says "Embed Outlook file attach." If i right click on that
and go to file object > open it allows me to open the file
but i want to be able to view it without having to do that.
