Format Conversion .doc to .jpg

Is there a way to convert a Word document (.doc) into a .jpg file? I want to
insert pages I created in Word into NeroVision slideshow and Nero will not
allow a .doc file.

There's no good way within Word itself. But try the demo of SnagIt
(www.techsmith.com), and I think you'll find what you want.
