Can't see entire Options popup box

I click on Tools / Options to make a change to the duration of a gif image
but I can't see the entire Options popup box and therefore can't click the
OK button. What gives? The Options box is not unresizable and I can't drag
it high enough on my laptop display to see the buttons. It's huge.

Is there some way to resize the Options popup box? It's sized properly on my
desktop (running XP) but not on my laptop (running Vista). Is this just
another annoying glitch we have to live with with Vista??

This issue could be related to your screen resolution.

Anyway.....pressing 'Enter' is the same as clicking OK.
