Using IE 6.0.2 and Netscape 7.01. Neither is able to
search the MS Knowledge Base. All I get is "error on
page" on the status bar of IE.
No drop down list of Product is available either: just a
blank space.
I have tried the USA , New Zealand and Australia sites
with the same results.
All help appreciated.
