cant save pics as jpgs

everytime i try to save a picture, i can only save it as
a bitmap, and the name of the pic is always "untitled".
did i change something? whats wrong?

Hate too tell you this, but the easiest work around I
know is to use netscape to save as the origial file type.

That happens when the Temporary Internet Files are too full. In IE click
Tools | Internet Options. Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet
files section of the General tab. On the nest window place a check mark in
the box to Delete all offline content.

Load up Internet Explorer and click on TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS/DELETE FILES then on CLEAR HISTORY then close IE and open it again and see if that helps.
