Can't save graphic

I'm trying to save a known jpeg file from an email
attachment and when I try to save, it only allows me to
save the file as a bmp, and the name is listed
as "untitled". I tried all of the solutions listed in
internet explorer help but none of them worked. This
problem only occurs when I receive pictures from a
certain person, other times it works.... Any suggestions?

The usual fix is to clear your cache.
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Delete Files (in the TIF section)

That seems to work about 98% of the time but if it doesn't, close IE
and reopen and do it again. Also it has been reported that clear
cookies helps, but ensure you save any that you need.
