Once when I was going to open a file to view it online, i
accidently pressed that square where it says something
like "always warn about this type of files" (I don't know
what it says in the english version since I´m from
Sweden)...

So I can't save the files without opening them and saving
them thru the program....

What should I do?

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Check the box for "Confirm open after download".
