Can't Save as Outlook Template HELP!

I'm trying to create an Out Of Office Message using the rules & I cannot save
the file as Outlook template like the directions tell me to. I don't have
this option. What am I doing wrong? How can I get this option to save the
file as Outlook Template?

Which directions are you following and for which version of Outlook?
Sounds that you have Word as the email editor which means you cannot save as
an oft-file. Set Outlook as the email editor and try again.
