can't Save As from the reading pane

When viewing a message in the reading pane, with the reading pane focused,
the "Save As" menu items in the File menu are disabled.

Save As is enabled when:
a. the message is opened in its own window
b. the message's row in the folder messages pane is selected and the folder
messages pane has focus

Save As should also be enabled when the reading pane has focus.

This is a problem in both Outlook 2003 and 2007 beta.

If you highlight the message itself in the window above/beside the reading
pane, you can use File, Save as. It the message is not in focus, you cannot.
How could OL save a preview window since it is not a file? Your suggestion
doesn't make sense.
