can't save anything in Word in "save as"

I have a word document that I use as a template for my bids, after I fill in
my new clients information and try to "save as" my screen will freeze and not
save any new information. I have to try to close the screen, which in turn
has me send in a erorr report. Any help will be greatly appreicated. Thank
you, Joe

I bet you are using Windows XP. The probelm is with the last update that
Microsoft sent out. It "horks" windows explorer. You can't navigate within
Microsoft Office, and you can't use windows explorer properly.
