Can't run msconfig after downloading SP1

I downloaded the Service Pack for Windows XP a few days
ago. Now everytime I try to run msconfig, the window pops
up but then closes within a second. Anyone know what's up
with this?
 
Check your computer for any viruses. Make sure you don't use an old
version of the virus checker!
