Cant run 16 bit windows program. Insufficient memory to run this application.

dont know what program this is refering to, or how to
correct this error
 
Such a big problem with so few details, like what OS
you're trying to run it on! IF on XP try running it in
compatibilty mode for Win 95. Sounds like you're trying
to run a dinasour program on a new machine. F1
