Can't Right Click & ....

I can no longer right click on a picture and SET AS
WALLPAPER ? Any help?
 
From the Internet? Your cache maybe full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete
files.
 
If the option Set as wallpaper is no longer on the right click menu, do the
following to et it back:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
